Brew it from Awkward Potion + Breeze Rod: it gives Wind Charged (3:00).

Its ingredients, and where to find them

  • Nether Wart

    • Grows on Soul Sand in Nether Fortresses, and turns up in their chests. Plant it to grow more.

  • Breeze Rod

    • Dropped by: Breeze.

  • Gunpowder

    • Turns any potion into a splash potion, to throw.
    • Dropped by: Creeper, Ghast, and Witch.

  • Dragon's Breath

    • Turns a splash potion into a lingering potion: a cloud that gives 1/4 of the time.
    • Collected in Glass Bottles from the Ender Dragon’s breath.

  • Blaze Powder
