Brew it from Awkward Potion + Rabbit's Foot: it gives Jump Boost (3:00). With Redstone Dust, it lasts 8:00. With Glowstone Dust: Jump Boost II, for 1:30.

A splash potion gives the full time where it lands, and less up to 4 blocks away. A lingering potion leaves a cloud that gives 1/4 of it, a tipped arrow 1/8.
