World of Warcraft: Forever launches worldwide on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. PST (23:00 UTC), at the same moment in every region. Before then come invite codes by email from October 20, the beta's last full day on October 21 and name reservation from October 27 to November 3; new raids follow on December 9. Here are all of Blizzard's dates, at your local time and in a calendar file for your phone.
Key dates
| Date | Time (UTC) | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Sept. 17 | — | The beta opens, capped at level 20 (30 later in the test) |

| Oct. 20 | — | Invite-A-Friend Launch Codes start arriving by email |
| Oct. 21 | — | Last full day of beta testing |
| Oct. 27 to Nov. 3 | — | Early Name Reservation: up to three characters |
| Nov. 4 | 23:00 | Worldwide launch; the 30 days of Game Time in the Epic Pack and the Collection begin |
| Nov. 4 to 11 | — | Launch week: invited friends play without a subscription |
| Dec. 9 | — | New raids unlock |
| Jan. 11, 2027 | — | Last day to buy the Warcraft Forever Collection |
A dash means no time has been announced; Blizzard's dates are in Pacific time. Its French and Spanish pages put launch week at November 5 to 12, and its Taiwanese page dates the raids December 10.
Name reservation comes with any of the three upgrades, the Skyborne Heroic Pack, the Skyborne Epic Pack and the Warcraft Forever Collection, and names go first come, first served. The Heroic Pack includes one Invite-A-Friend Launch Code and the other two three in all: an invitee plays during launch week without a subscription or Game Time, but the codes don't open the beta.

These times include the end of daylight saving time: October 25 in Europe, November 1 in the United States. Blizzard's official countdown, on its WoW Forever page in every language, ends at 23:00 UTC, and our WoW Forever hub counts down to the same moment in your own time zone.
Brazil gets two answers from Blizzard: 7:00 p.m. Brasília time in its Portuguese pre-sale article, 8:00 p.m. in its BlizzCon announcement. It is 8:00 p.m.: 23:00 UTC minus three hours, as Brazil no longer has daylight saving time. Seven o'clock would match 3:00 p.m. PDT, but Pacific time is back on PST by November 4.
