Fortnite Pirate Shop: the token that makes the Item Shop free

Fortnite’s Pirate Shop token, found in Treasure Hunt Chests, makes everything the Item Shop sells for V-Bucks free for 14 days, according to Beebom.

Treasure Hunters brought a Pirate Shop to Fortnite on November 1. According to Beebom, which reported the game’s own text, a Pirate Shop Access token found in Treasure Hunt Chests on Crossbones Isle makes everything the Item Shop sells for V-Bucks free for 14 days once you activate it.

What the game’s text says, according to Beebom

  • Where to find it: in Treasure Hunt Chests, inside the buildings of the island’s named locations.
  • What it does: for 14 days from its activation, the items the Item Shop sells for V-Bucks are free.
  • When: two activations, one from November 1 to December 15, 2026, the other from January 1 to December 15, 2027.
  • What it leaves out: offers sold for real money, gifts and Battle Pass levels; the token cannot be traded.

Epic has published no page about the Pirate Shop, and its v43.00 update notes do not mention it.
